A nossa consoada ~ Our Christmas Eve

Como bons aveirenses, as rabanadas têm ovos moles!!

Ovos moles ("soft eggs", literally) is a local delicacy from Aveiro, Portugal, made of egg yolks and sugar..
Rabanadas are known as French toasts or eggy bread and is a dish of bread soaked in eggs then fried.

Lá em cima, nas alturas! ~ Up up high!
